Provided that you did not just eat one of the artificially flavored ice treats (hopefully not) your tongue looks like that because of a lack of riboflavin (vitamin B2). This does not mean you should go take more of that B vitamin, because the most common reason for a low B2 is from unhealthy gut bacteria and/or yeast. They will eat up your B2. So if you take it, you feed the bad gut bacteria and that would be bad. So remove all the refined sugars from your diet, those bugs love those things too. Probiotics might help too. Sometimes nutrients like glutamine help (it’s good for the gut) and biotin too (that helps get rid of persistent yeast).
